Return & Refund Policy

At Shadow Realm Supply, we want you to love every piece you bring home from the realm. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached (for apparel), or undamaged and in original packaging (for wall art and prints).

To start a return, contact us at shadowrealmsupply@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or variant where available. Contact us to arrange an exchange before sending anything back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return necessary.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items and digital products are non-returnable.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
